Zeniral is a powerful new line of homeopathic remedies that can be a part of any health maintenance protocol. There are a few simple things that we can all do daily to stay healthy and live longer,happier lives:
Nutrition – Foods are the building blocks of our body. The more a food is processed, the less nutritional value it has. Additives and preservatives act as toxins that interfere with normal enzymatic processes and should be avoided. A variety of simple, unprocessed foods enjoyed several times a day is best.
Water – By staying hydrated, our metabolism functions better, our enzymes can function optimally, we eliminate toxins faster and our immune systems are kept in peak condition. Pure water is the drink of choice.
Exercise – In our sedentary culture, some intentional, daily activity is necessary for wellness. The type and duration of exercise may be less important than the attitude we hold during the exercise. A variety of activities done with a joyful heart every day is always more beneficial.
Rest – We all need rest. Physical sleep is when the body repairs itself and the mind resolves issues & refreshes itself. The time we spend in sleep will vary, depending on our individual sleep needs, the season, the stresses we are under, the toxins we are exposed to and the foods that we have eaten. Zeniral Homeopathy – Homeopathy is a 200-year-old form of natural medicine that gently stimulates our bodies to heal themselves. There is no external intervention, no harsh chemicals or drugs, no surgery, just a few drops under the tongue can help most conditions.
Dosing. The work and art of selecting the correct potencies has already been taken care of in the Zeniral formulas. By incorporating the most commonly used potencies into the remedies, the body is able to select the most appropriate potency for its needs and discard the rest. The recommended starting dose for 1 oz remedies is 15-20 drops three times per day. If the condition is acute, as in a cold or flu, you may see better results with smaller doses more frequently, such as 6-10 drops every 20 minutes until improvement. Chronic conditions, such as joint pain, will generally respond better to less frequent dosing, such as 15-20 drops once or twice per day until improvement is seen. Children under 12 years of age shoud take 10 drops 2 times per day, or as directed by a physician. The recommended starting dose for 4 oz remedies is 1 to 2 teaspoons per day. Children under 12 years of age, ½ to 1 teaspoon per day, or as directed by a physician.
