The manufacturing facility for Mediral is on-site, and is a federally- and state-registered pharmaceutical laboratory. Regular inspections by the FDA ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) for your safety.

Mediral offers several shipping options. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders sent via US Postal Service will be used for all orders shipped to PO Boxes. An additional handling charge of $10.25 will be added to the postage on orders shipped via US Postal Service.
COD services are available, buyer is responsible for any COD fees that UPS may charge. For an additional $5.00, Mediral will drop ship your orders directly to your clients. A packing slip without prices will be sent to the client.
Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery at buyers expense. All returns must be preapproved by Mediral and will be charged a 25% disposal fee (based on invoice total). Custom products are neither returnable nor refundable. Once ordered, buyer is resonsible for the cost of the product.
